Space organizing events around the cinema in a cine-club spirit
Georges Rouquier is a filmmaker, producer and actor from Aveyron. He is known for two feature films of documentary inspiration made 37 years apart, set in Goutrens: Farrebique and Biquefarre. It is in honour of the child of the country and of the creation which immortalizes him that the commune of Goutrens supported the opening of this cultural centre. Extracts of the master's films as well as other documents can be viewed and events around the cinema are organized, in a cine-club spirit.
