LE RELAIS D'HUPARLAC
Restaurant located in Huparlac offering every day at noon a copious menu with regional products
Marie-Laure, a native of Montézic in the Aveyron, and Migael, originally from the Cantal, met on the benches of the Aurillac hotel school. When they settled in Huparlac, in an old coaching inn built in 1912, the two young people naturally gave their restaurant an Auvergne colour. The couple offers a hearty workers' menu every lunchtime. In the evening and at weekends, the menu is expanded and gives pride of place to regional products: local charcuterie, Auvergne blue cheese pie, Aubrac beef steak, not forgetting the indisputable truffle at every meal.
