AUBERGE LE CEVENOL
Two guests have a welcoming house and a summer terrace on the Route road. Here you will find typical recipes and enjoy the taste of good weather in a medieval decor (tapestries, swords and shields for the atmosphere) and in front of a fireplace: Pan-fried Fatty Liver salad, tripoux, salmon and cabbage paupiette, as well as the traditional «, aveyronnaise fairway, not forgetting the many other specialties of the house: sliced foie liver, chicken with the morels or the fragmentation of veal. Everything is often accompanied by a few mushrooms and generous portions are served in the dish or the beautiful cast pot that suggests that the content has been simmered.
