Founded in 1996, this cooperative now brings together 32 producers from the Larzac and Lévézou regions. With 49 employees, they process 4.5 million liters of ewe's milk every year. Their regionally-typical cheeses come in several ranges. Tommes, pérails and bûchettes fondants are sold directly from the cheese store. You'll also find brousse and encalat: a kind of sheep's milk camembert named after the curd. We recommend the latest addition: fromage blanc battu made from whole sheep's milk.

Alors là vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !!! Que de bons fromages locaux et les prix sont très raisonnables. Nous sommes de fidèles clients depuis de nombreuses années et ne changeront certainement pas d'adresse ????

Très bon fromage. Dès que nous descendons dans les Pyrénées orientales nous nous y arrêtons.

Superbe choix de fromages pour tous les goûts. Accueil souriant et bons conseils. Quelle belle richesse du terroir !
