Founded in 1996, this cooperative now brings together 32 producers from the Larzac and Lévézou regions. With 49 employees, they process 4.5 million liters of ewe's milk every year. Their regionally-typical cheeses come in several ranges. Tommes, pérails and bûchettes fondants are sold directly from the cheese store. You'll also find brousse and encalat: a kind of sheep's milk camembert named after the curd. We recommend the latest addition: fromage blanc battu made from whole sheep's milk.

De très très bons fromages de brebis découverts sur le marché de Ste Eulalie de Cernon ,nous sommes allés nous ravitailler avant de quitter la région au magasin de la coop !

Comme tous les ans, nous faisons une halte et jamais déçus ! Grande variété de fromages de brebis uniquement. Il y en a pour tous les goûts. Très bon accueil.
