Restaurant offering a home-made cuisine based on local products
For more than 10 years, we have been welcoming you with kindness, smile and attention in this templar tower, a little away from the tourists' passage. The restaurant is housed in an old sheepfold with white walls. A "home-made" cuisine based on local products is offered: coufidou d'Aveyron, roquefort terrine with tomato sauce, ewe's sausages, lamb sweetbreads with morels, a delight. Special mention for the desserts and in particular the apple pie.

Complet à l'intérieur, on nous a proposé le service à l'extérieur malgré la fraîcheur du jour (11°).
Nous avons passé un moment délicieux sur cette placette. Notre déjeuner a été divin du début à la fin avec cette cuisine authentique et savoureuse.
Un grand merci à la maitresse de maison en tous points parfaite et à son mari aux fourneaux très inspiré (n'hésitez pas à aller en cuisine le saluer).
Bien sûr La Tour de Valette est recommandable et surtout incontournable.
