Restaurant offering a home-made cuisine based on local products
For more than 10 years, we have been welcoming you with kindness, smile and attention in this templar tower, a little away from the tourists' passage. The restaurant is housed in an old sheepfold with white walls. A "home-made" cuisine based on local products is offered: coufidou d'Aveyron, roquefort terrine with tomato sauce, ewe's sausages, lamb sweetbreads with morels, a delight. Special mention for the desserts and in particular the apple pie.

A aligot revisited in fresh tomme, duck confit with mushrooms and to chocolate mousse accompanied by its raspberry coulis, everything is delicious. We have lunch on the terrace at home.
Despite the crowds and late hour, the reception and service are impeccable. Moreover, it is rare to be pleasantly invited by chef to visit his kitchens where we should note the extreme cleanliness of the place, as well as an organisation flawless.
With who want to visit Couvertoirade, you can easily recommend this establishment.

Nous avons était reçu comme des amis.
De l'apéritif maison ( fait par Madame) en passant par un plat traditionnel (produit locaux) d'excellents desserts, accompagné d'un très bon vin (régional). Ce lieu conviviale n'a rien à envier à d'autres restaurants qui se prétendent gastronomiques.
Merci encore pour ce moment dans ce lieu atypique et humain.
