Twenty-something Gautier Rayrolles has put a lot of conviction and energy into his restaurant in Lacroix-Barrez. La Coulée des Saveurs backs onto the Dilhac family farm, and offers a simple cuisine based on organic and local produce. Gautier Rayrolles uses the shortest routes to stock his restaurant's fridges and shelves with meat, vegetables, bread and pastries. Every lunchtime, the menu includes a starter, main course and dessert, all prepared in-house to the highest quality standards. Every Friday, there's pizza to eat in or take away.
