Vaut le voyage!
Tout était parfait. Mais le service est particulièrement soigné: présence et entière discrétion à la fois. La vue sur la montagne de l'Aubrac est facilitée, non seulement par les baies vitrées immenses, mais aussi par la grande sobriété du décor de la salle de restaurant. La carte des vins de France et du monde entier est impressionnante, même pour un restaurant de ce niveau. Ce restaurant vaut vraiment le voyage. Nous n'avons pas dormi à l'hôtel " Relais et Château.

Unforgettable experience every time renewed. In a setting that sublime the Aubrac region, the succession of the dishes makes us clear the eyes of surprise and the papillae regenerate. It's a cozy atmosphere. Thank you for everything.

EXTRAORDINARY! For me is the best restaurant in France, word of expert. You will be guide and you are pampered, it is the nirvana of the great gastronomy. A reproach: must book three months in advance, so if you walk yourself in the corner without holding there is no place despite the great kindness of the Arm family.
