This inn located in the center of the village offers a local cuisine, inspired by the recipes of our ancestors. You can taste at this table the unavoidable aligot and its local sausage Maison Conquet, farçous, terrines and plate of cold meats, the organic trout of the Aubrac mountains, the Laguiolaise tartine, as well as a succulent selection of beef: entrecote, contre-filet, bavette, tournedos and rump steak. Viande Aubrac délicieuse et cuisson parfaitement maîtrisée accompagnée d'un excellent aligot. Et que dire du baba au rhum avec chantilly maison à profusion... Un pur délice...
Un restaurant incontournable à Laguiole
Seul petit bémol le concept du restaurant ayant évolué la traditionnelle truffade ne fait plus partie des accompagnements mais l’aligot reste une très bonne alternative
