At the Conquet family, we love a job well done. The company founded in 1950 perpetuates this spirit in its Laguiole workshop. A butcher at heart, Lucien Conquet, the youngest of founder Paul's four children, praises local traditions and labels. Aubrac farm beef is on every shelf. Delicatessen products are not to be outdone: dry sausages (plain, with Laguiole or with Roquefort), sausages, rosettes, Aubrac chorizos, pâtés and fricandeaux have won over gourmets from Aveyron and the capital.

Je viens souvent en AUBRAC pour la beauté de ses paysages hors du commun pour sa gastronomie et les gens formidables que nous rencontrons. Par contre un peu déçu concernant la saucisse sèche de la maison CONQUET Des conservateurs sont ajoutés ainsi que d’autres produits LACTOSE DEXTROSE SIROP DE GLUCOSE SACCHAROSE CONSERVATEUR. Liste relevé sur l’étiquette. Ça c’est vraiment dommage.
Nous nous arrêtons également à NASBINALS ces ingrédients ne figurent pas dans leurs produits.

the meat of aubrac sold in this butcher's is simply exceptional: red of the magnificent, parsley meat as it takes, of incredible flavours. An absolute must.
