TWELVE WHISKY D'AUBRAC

Twelve whisky d'Aubrac is a slightly crazy idea put forward by Christian Bec and his colleagues: a small clan of twelve friends who love spirits. Twelve as in Aveyron and twelve as in Twelve in the language of Shakespeare. Aged in oak barrels for a minimum of three years, under the supervision of a young cellar master from Normandy, this Aubrac whisky is made with water from the plateau and French barley. The distillery offers visits all year round, by reservation, to discover the different stages of production of this exceptional spirit.
