Opened in 1856, it is the department's leading station in terms of passenger numbers. Its original metal hall was designed by Gustave Eiffel's design office. Seen from the outside, its wave-shaped roof makes it an elegant building. A stopover station for TGV trains between Bordeaux and Toulouse, it is served mainly by TER (Bordeaux-Agen line) and Intercités trains. A multimodal hub, it is linked to 3 city bus lines and has a parking lot and a bicycle park. Brasserie on site.
