In the charming Verona valley, a typical farmhouse houses "Le Nostradamus". Master restaurateur Miguel runs the place, while in the dining room and cellar, Amandine leads the way. The result is perfectly balanced: white asparagus/sauce ravigote/parmesan crumbles/perfect yellow, roast saddle of lamb in kadaïf/strong tandoori juice/smoked sweet pepper polenta/lime labne, shortbread/cream with gin/sorbet elderflower.
