Kitchen Factory By A&M is a coffee shop restaurant in Agen, created in 2023 by Aurore and Manon, two talented professional chefs and pastry chefs. They have a proven track record in renowned establishments such as Gregans Castle Hotel in Ireland, Café de la Plage and Restaurant Chez Pierre in Arcachon. In 2021, they launched their Kitchen Traiteur, pursuing their passion for gastronomy. Aurore and Manon invite you to discover tasty, elaborate cuisine accessible to all. The team carefully selects the products they use to offer quality dishes. The short but refined menu features two starters: croquettes and the soup of the moment. Among the dishes, the Bur'gaufre stands out: a sweet potato waffle topped with chicken steak, poached egg and boiled potatoes. You'll also find salad bowls and rigatonis. For dessert, let yourself be tempted by the small garden, banoffee or bowl. Kitchen Factory also offers brunches on certain Sundays.
