ANGLE STREET
A street not to be missed in the city of Agen, whose arcades shelter the terraces of several restaurants worth of interest.
From the 13th to the 19th century, this lively street was the economic heart of the town. Today, it's still a busy street, with a wide variety of shops and numerous terraces shaded by the cornices. Restaurants and tearooms offer inviting spaces for lunch, dinner or simply a cup of coffee. The street's architecture is a real eye-catcher, and recent improvements have leveled the roadways and sidewalks. Rue des Cornières is now a natural extension of the bustling Place des Laitiers.
