Since the summer of 2023, Thomas Guillet's patisserie, which specializes in sweet and savory choux pastries, has been housed in a new showroom. The delicate little chocolate bites are displayed alongside the choux in showcases that give the showroom a jewel-like feel. In fact, you're going to find some real gourmet jewels here. The flavors of the creamy choux are renewed every month. Indulge in our homemade ice creams and entremets, brioches and chocolate marbles. What a treat!

Owner's Message
Le LABO is a pastry shop specializing in choux pastry, located 13 rue de Lille in Agen. The adventure began in December 2019. We offer our customers cabbage in all its forms and flavors. We take great care in selecting the ingredients we use to concoct our choux pastries, using only traditional methods and exceptional know-how.

une tuerie et glace à l'orange tout en délicatesse.
La nouvelle boutique est au top.
De nouveaux produits sont apparus notamment les Chocolats ou les Chouchous aux Caramels (une tuerie, merci pour les kilos en plus).
