Everything is homemade at this artisanal organic bakery, which has its own mill to produce quality flours.
The bakery's sign - a mill with red wings - can be seen on the D813, as can the words "Agriculture Biologique" (organic farming). Inside, a family portrait hangs on the wall, because this is indeed a family story. The Caumières family have been bakers and millers for generations. This dual role explains the high artisanal quality of our breads. Try the Boule noire du Cros with petit épeautre flour, the Pain du Pech with wheat and rye or the pain à la bière to be convinced. And the homemade viennoiseries are to die for.
