His boutique in the heart of Agen showcases his creations, including macaroons in both traditional and exotic flavors. Passion, rose, caramel crêpe dentelle, blackcurrant, violet, each bite is a pleasure. Don't miss the Fagot, a unique creation set on a dark chocolate plaque, composed of 11 fragrant ganache bars surrounded by a hoop of dark and milk chocolate. Truffles, palets, mendiants, languettes and feuilletines add their own special touch.
