We love his signature tablets, ballotins and pastries, such as the Black Pearl with Grand Cru Caribbean chocolate. His macaroons are equally delicious. He makes his creations according to inspiration and season. In the window, the éclairs look like works of art. Sandwich toppings are just as tempting as the special breads.
