Amandine runs this one-of-a-kind patisserie, specializing in inspired cookie flavors (including a different limited-edition cookie every month) as well as tarts and cakes. C'est toujours un plaisir de déguster les pâtisseries des Simonettes ! Par contre je reste déçu de voir qu'aujourd'hui la taille des parts individuelles a été réduite même si le prix a légèrement diminué. C'est bien regrettable ????

Les cookies des Simonettes sont de vrais délices. Mes favoris sont les Madeleine, Louisette et Paulette. Ils sont incroyablement moelleux et sont sans l’ombre d’un doute les meilleurs cookies que j’aie mangés.
