A young couple from Agen, Emilie and Nicolas Ciaponi launched a new concept in 2018 where fruit and vegetables are king. Sold retail or packaged in a fresh cutting laboratory (where they are washed, peeled and cut), they come mainly from local producers. The idea of the concept is to bring together in one place a fruit and vegetable market, a dairy, an organic delicatessen, a gourmet restaurant, a juice factory and a fresh cut. A little something special for the breads made from 100% local flours from the Moulin du Cros organic farming.
