In early 2024, Audrey Besson opened this beautiful address at the entrance to Marcillac, in place of the former tax office. A vast terrace precedes a large building with white shutters, in which bistro-gastronomic cuisine is served: roasted sucrine on a vinaigrette of garden herbs, then just-snacked swordfish, wheat bulgur and market beans; and to finish, caramelized clafoutis and seasonal cherries. Only Aveyron wines are served. Sunday's menu is unique and served by the plate.
