Restaurant with inviting terrace, serving bistro-gastronomic cuisine accompanied by Aveyron wines.
In early 2024, Audrey Besson opened this beautiful address at the entrance to the Marcillac esplanade, in place of a tax office. A building with white shutters and a welcoming terrace. A bistro-gastronomic plate. Roasted sucrine on a garden herb vinaigrette, then just-snacked swordfish, wheat bulgur and market beans, finishing with caramelized clafoutis and seasonal cherries. Only Aveyron wines are served. Sunday's menu is unique and served by the plate.
