Owner's Message
Artisan baker and confectioner based in the heart of the Marcillac valley for almost 30 years, we have followed the family tradition of 5 generations of bakers. The valley is rich in specialties that we offer in our store, such as the handmade spit-roasted cake made to an ancestral recipe, as well as fouace and soleil, emblematic of good eating in Aveyron and Marcillac. But our shop also offers a multitude of other products, including homemade chocolates, gourmet pastries and a wide range of farmhouse breads
