Restaurant offering wood-fired pies in a warm, country atmosphere.

Pascale Vogler is at the helm of this superb establishment, nestled in the heart of a restored former tithe farm. Alsatian dishes are served daily. Tartes flambées (flambéed tarts) are obviously part of the menu, made in the traditional way over a wood fire. For celebrations and events, the menus become more elaborate, while retaining their regional roots to our great delight. If you're looking for a welcoming place for a family reunion, this is the establishment for you.

Dans un cadre typique une cuisine régionale ouverte sur la créativité avec le foie gras poêlé ou le canard choucroute. Desserts recherchés, mousse de chocolat blanc/framboise ou baba kirch. La choucroute bio fraîche est particulièrement légère.

Nous avons pris tous des plats différents et avons tous été satisfaits. La choucroute aux 3 poissons est excellente et le petit conseil du serveur pour l'apprécier au mieux a été le bienvenu. Pour le dessert, un choix majoritaire s'est imposé : une part de Forêt Noire. Elle est légère, raisonnablement alcoolisée et chocolatée. La tarte du jour ne laisse pas indifférent.
La cuisine traditionnelle alsacienne est bien mise en valeur.
