Guilhem Bouard's pizzas are surely the best in Millau. But don't say that too loudly, as he can only seat around forty people, and it gets crowded in his den. Auguste also serves salads, charcuterie boards and lasagne. We also appreciated the 100% Aveyron approach with the delicatessen corner: goat's pavement from Fromabon, ewe's tomme from Ambias farm, eggplant caviar from Cales farm, wine from Mas Floème de Comprégnac, all caught our eye!
