Patrice and Jérôme, already acolytes at Millau Plage, have reopened the doors of this establishment - formerly l'Estanco - in spring 2023. In the dining room or on the terrace overlooking the street, the waiter and cook present plates, the majority of which are fish; a singular proposition in a department where meat is king. The two friends source as much as possible from the region to serve filet de perche, merlu, maigre, pot-au-feu de la mer (their specialty; a nod to the restaurant's name) or fish parillada.
