Farm-inn in Millau concocting many specialties with local products
The Jassenove farm is a limestone building, isolated in a pine forest, on the Causse du Larzac. Here, we eat local products, some of which come from the farm: organic lamb, vegetable garden... A good gourmet table whose specialities are the lamb terrine, the Roquefort soufflé, the beef and lamb pieces. The country-style room, with its large fireplace, is then ideal for tasting fruit tarts or chocolate cake.

Menu unique à 30 euros décevant. Les plats sont assez bons et copieux mais sont loin du goût et de l'authenticité aveyronnaise habituelle. Repas banal, on s'attend à mieux à ce prix là. Dommage.
