Restaurant offering a careful and mastered cuisine
Le plaisir des Mets has moved upstairs, facing the Tarn River. Yann Bosc, who took over the restaurant in spring 2024, concocts meticulous, traditional cuisine, but with mastery and singularity. For today's menu, we sampled shiitake ravioli, cauliflower curry and monkfish with lemon thyme. The menu also includes tempting vegetarian options, and desserts such as cinnamon apple crumble.

Superbe découverte n’étant pas du coin. La cuisine est excellente et fine, on voit la patte d’un vrai cuisinier. Nous nous sommes vraiment régalé et nous recommandons vivement ! Le service au top avec un personnel souriant et aimable. Bravo continuez comme ça !
