Restaurant offering a perfect mix of modern and traditional recipes
Carole and Gilles welcome you to one of their three dining rooms, converted from the vaulted cellars of the old ramparts, to enjoy grilled Aubrac meats or fresh fish cooked over a wood fire. The decor, with its exposed stonework and open fire (open daily for lunch and dinner), and the wooden furniture are warm and inviting. The table setting is elegant, and the cuisine is a perfect blend of modernity and traditional recipes. In particular, the sausage and eel formula, grilled in front of you, is a must.
