Restaurant located not far from the town hall offering local cuisine
An offshoot of a family renowned in the region for its culinary art, the Capion establishment maintains the tradition. Not far from the town hall, within its walls still perfumed with the aroma of ancient recipes, Fabienne and Christian Aveline ensure the satisfaction of a demanding clientele. In an impersonal interior, the menu includes classics like the medallion of foie gras poached in Marcillac wine, shoulder of lamb confit with Larzac thyme, salmon steak, hake fillet... At the end of the agape meal, the Chef himself likes to go into the dining room to get the generally satisfied opinion of the guests. It must be said that they are then presented with a choice of homemade desserts - iced nougat, hazelnut success...- always causes a sensation. This local cuisine can be approached at a lower cost from the first menu, without neglecting the cheese platter or the farandole of pastries.

Longue tablée dans la seconde salle, magnifiquement décorée aux couleurs apaisantes et chics.
Très bon accueil ,service parfait et professionnel,les plats de chacun d'entre nous étaient impeccables, ( préparations , présentations, cuissons), et les desserts, parfaitements dosés en sucre. Le Chef qui passe à la fin du repas pour nous saluer est vraiment une gentille attention.
Je recommande sans aucune hésitation !
De bons plats toujours bien présentés.
