In the narrow streets of Millau town center, a stone's throw from the tourist office, this is an address sure to delight. The decor is resolutely warm and contemporary. The atmosphere is good-natured, and the traditional cuisine has been aptly reinvented (roquefort-pear tart, duck confit, sausage-aligot...). For those looking for a quick lunch, the lunchtime plates will do the trick, with platter-dessert-coffee, it's practical, hearty and quick. Par contre les assiettes sont un peu légères pour le tarif... 2 cuillères d'aligot pour 17€ ça coince un peu, idem pour la rouille servie dans un ramequin de crème brûlée, pareil pour les desserts présentés dans d'énormes assiettes mais engloutis en 3 cuillères.
