Restaurant with terrace offering a traditional cuisine reinvented very accurately
In the narrow streets of Millau town center, a stone's throw from the tourist office, this is an address sure to delight. The decor is resolutely warm and contemporary. The atmosphere is good-natured, and the traditional cuisine has been aptly reinvented (roquefort-pear tart, duck confit, sausage-aligot...). For those looking for a quick lunch, the lunchtime plates will do the trick, with platter-dessert-coffee, it's practical, hearty and quick. Enjoy it on the terrace on sunny days, or by the fireplace when the cold weather sets in.

Par contre les assiettes sont un peu légères pour le tarif... 2 cuillères d'aligot pour 17€ ça coince un peu, idem pour la rouille servie dans un ramequin de crème brûlée, pareil pour les desserts présentés dans d'énormes assiettes mais engloutis en 3 cuillères.
