Flavien opened this restaurant in 2023 opposite Millau town hall, and also cooks at the Bastringue guinguette along the Tarn in fine weather. In his well-decorated establishment, you'll find Aveyron cuisine and a few Creole dishes. At lunchtime, you can enjoy roast pérail with French fries and salad, skewered Aubrac beef with Roquefort sauce, tiramisu or caramel beurre salé panna cotta.
