AU JEU DE PAUME
Close to the museum and the arcades of the Place Foch, Dany and Bernard have gathered here all the ingredients necessary to make its establishment, a place always in fashion, welcoming, until late, the city of notables, friends of friends, in the most intimate part of the restaurant. First of all it's not one, but two halls, not to mention on the summer terrace, the old ground of palm, opening at the back. The first, all-in-vaults, is set in a wine bar where a friendly, loving bartender is drawn in home selection and makes some s to Bacchus by serving as beer, old spirits, cocktails and coffee. A few steps above, the dining room opens directly onto the fireplace and a kitchen specialised in wood fire (grilled meats, fish depending on the daily to the plancha). On the map, some tapas, an excellent tartar and southwest specialities - including the inevitable aligot-sausage and lamb of lamb - comes with a wide choice of wines.
