Mirvette and Sami took over this emblematic bakery in the spring of 2021, after 38 years in the hands of Stpéhane Balke and his wife Sylvie. The brother and sister have preserved the DNA of this century-old house, with breads and pastries made with local red label flour. Quality, but also proximity and passion continue to guide their work in this historic place. The two young people have quickly made their mark, especially as they take great care in welcoming their customers.

J ai goûté le fameux Donjon vu dans La Meilleure Boulangerie de France et il est vraiment délicieux. Belle patisserie.

Un endroit que les fins gourmets ne peuvent pas occulter. Créativité, saveur, savoir faire, accueil souriant, une institution à visiter absolument. Un grand bravo.

Nous avons fait un détour pour découvrir cette pâtisserie suite à l'émission et je ne regrette pas. Une pépites cette pâtisserie. Je recommande vivement

Les croissants et pains au chocolat sont très très bon (et ça se fait rare apparament!) , les sandwichs sont fameux et toutes les pâtisseries ont l'air incroyablement bonnes ????
De vrais bons produits bien faits !
