On the ground floor of the building there is a living room and the dining room. Through the window, the view extends without limit over the meadows and valleys. The menus, even the daily menu, are inspired by the richness of the land. Here, the great classics of the Aubrac region are prepared: aligot, truffade, stuffed cabbage, calf's head and good pieces of Aubrac beef, not forgetting the sweetbreads and homemade duck foie gras... Excellent!
