AUBERGE LA CALQUIÈRE
Restaurant located near the gorges of the Tarn and Jonte offering traditional and homemade cuisine
It is an 18th century farmhouse which houses the Calquière inn. The site is close to the Tarn and Jonte gorges (ideal for swimming), the Belvédère des Vultures, the caves and ruiniform sites of the Causses, Millau, its viaduct and its weekly market. In this rural setting, the cuisine is necessarily traditional and home-made. The menus offer foie gras, goat's cheese, charcuterie, lamb sweetbreads, duck breast and aligot. The welcome is pleasant; the team is smiling and friendly.
