In Moyrazès, this restaurant is a pretty little address, home to two Maîtres Restaurateurs. Dominique and Laurent, with their thirty years' experience, offer a traditional cuisine, perfectly mastered. The menu features local delicacies: charcuterie de pays and formage du coin served on a plank; magret de canard (duck breast); entrecôte de l'Aubrac (rib steak from Aubrac); gourmet salads, including caussenarde with bleu des causses; and Moy's burger with organic cow tome... Desserts, such as profiteroles and baba au rhum, are also homemade.
