Family-run inn offering bistro-style counter service cuisine
Marion and Jean-Baptiste, a couple in town as well as in the kitchen, took over this family-run inn in the summer of 2024. And gave it a new lease of life. The new cuisine is counter-top, with a bistronomic bent. Uri, valedictorian of the Paul Bocuse Institute, worked at Bras. Sophie was vice-champion of France for plated desserts. Between them, they form an authentic tandem, committed to local produce. But they don't forget to wake up this Carladez region with tapas and wine tastings.

Je regrette un service en demi teinte tout de même... Une jeune femme super ! Mais c'est surtout un jeune serveur qui s'est occupé de nous. Bien que débutant, je pense, et conscients du fait qu'il faille bien commencer quelques parts, nous avons du demander plusieurs fois une carafe d'eau ou un verre de vin...
Je vous recommande tout de même vivement ce restaurant !
