Happy you are, with Marie-Christine's food truck. Her hearty buckwheat pancakes are made with organic, local flour and eggs. The abundant toppings bring a variety of flavors to the table. We love the confit tomatoes and zucchini in the salmon galette, and the grilled peppers and fried onions in the chicken curry. A vegetarian dish is on the menu, as is a roborative cheese dish (raclette and bleu cheese). For dessert, a crêpe de froment will do the trick. Orders can be placed in advance by telephone.

Les crêpes ont un gout délicieux elles se suffisent à elle même.
Mais comme la gourmandise n'attends pas, chocolat maison, caramel, sucre. Formule salée (copieuse même si on est gourmand comme moi).
Bref un plaisir pour les papilles et un personnel adorable.
