You will be welcomed in this restaurant in Aiguillon offering a simple lunch formula with a good quality-price ratio.
Taken over by Olivier and Judith Smadja, "Le Basilic" has retained what made it so appealing: efficient bistro cooking at good value for money. The menu changes daily, with a range of dishes to suit meat lovers (bavette with old-fashioned mustard sauce, minced turkey with citrus and honey, old-fashioned chicken blanquette) or fish lovers (trout fillet with dill sauce or saithe with beurre blanc). Chocolate mousse, tiramisu, crème brûlée and a cheese platter round off your meal.

La cuisine est excellente.
Juste un petit 4* car il y a trop de moustiques l'été sur la terrasse.
Je vous recommande ce petit restaurant qui cuisine des produits frais.
La présentation des plats est soigné.
