For 40 years, the Garez family has been raising ducks on their farm and transforming them into delicious classic and original products.
A family business: Isabelle and Hubert Garez, along with their son Julien, raise ducks and transform them into foie gras, duck breast and other confits. To visit the farm it is better to make an appointment. The visit, free of charge, is often accompanied by an excellent tasting. In the store, you will find the classic products but also specialties such as the soufflé or the foie gras velouté. The cooking of the duck will have no more secret for you by participating in the various days in the farm, where many animations take place.
