Juan Carlos has left the gorges of the Tarn for those of the Dourbie. The restaurant, whose name was chosen in honor of the film's soundtrack, is located under the Templar vaults. The chef has four gardens and works his vegetables: tomatoes, lettuce, zucchinis... Here, almost everything is homemade: foie gras, gingerbread, cookies for ice cream... The restaurant's specialty is the lamb sweetbread salad and the sausage-truffade combination. In summer, it offers a vegetarian salad. In winter, more family-style dishes take over.
