Agronomists, Marion and Romain took over this atypical farm in April 2016. Since then, the young couple has successfully maintained the quality but also the spirit inspired by their predecessors, Maria and Pierre-Yves. On this land fed by wind and sun, the two young farmers continue to cultivate lavender, rosemary, sage, savory, oregano, mint, melissa, tarragon, which they then transform, and on site, into brandies, salts and flavoured vinegars, dried aromatic plants, aperitifs.... It is these beverages that have nourished the reputation of this small Larzac farm. Their Pastis des Homs, brought to the taste of the Causses, is of a finesse and sweetness that has nothing to do with the perfume of its industrial counterparts. Their Chantelune, a gentian aperitif, their Délice de quince and their Eglantine des Causses also have many followers. We also recommend Larzamiques, these balsamic vinegars flavoured with elderflower, rose, rose, rosehip or juniper, for sauces with high flavours.
