Guilhem, the chef, and Léonie, the pastry chef, opened this gourmet restaurant at the end of 2023. After practicing their talents in several French regions and in Denmark, they chose to settle in Naucelle in a rural and authentic setting. They shop directly with producers in the Aveyron and Tarn regions, serving responsible, high-quality cuisine: fish from the fish market or poultry ballotine at lunchtime; lamb gambette confit 24 hours, pearly redfish sea bream in the evening, for example.
