On the outskirts of Rodez, this former youth hostel not only provides bed and breakfast, but also breakfast at weekends and during school vacations, for visiting tourists. Guests are accommodated in 1 to 3-bed rooms, with shower and WC, which are used during the school year by apprentices and other vocational trainees. A cafeteria, adjacent to the accommodation, also offers complete meal packages, entirely prepared and cooked on site. The menu is seasonal, varied and balanced.
