At the entrance to the Gorges du Tarn, this Templar barn has been tastefully restored but still exudes the atmosphere of centuries past. The interior is cosy and reflects a warm welcome, making it an ideal place for a relaxing stay in comfortable rooms. The cuisine is prepared from market produce and everything is homemade from appetizers to dessert. In addition to the charcuterie from Aveyron and vegetarian or gluten-free dishes on request, the restaurant offers a divine prawn risotto.

De passage lors de vacances nous avons décidé de réserver dans un restaurant du village afin de profiter du cadre. Et nous sommes tombées sur ce charmant restaurant dans un cadre très agréable, avec une vue sur les montagnes et des murs en pierres.
Le service était parfait, serveur très dynamique et professionnel, très agréable et avec une touche d'humour.
La cuisine était très qualitative et l'équipe en cuisine a su transmettre sa passion dans ses plats.
Je recommande vivement !

Wir haben auf unserer Reise durch Frankreich hier einen kurzen Stop eingelegt um die Gorges du Tarn zu erkunden. Nicht nur die Gegend ist wunderschön, sondern auch dieses Hostel ist ein Kleinod und unbedingt empfehlenswert. Das ganze Haus ist wunderschön und geschmackvoll renoviert und dekoriert, die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet, das Essen - sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen - ist lecker. Und nicht zuletzt die Besitzer sind ausgesprochen herzlich im Umgang mit ihren Gästen und geben gern und tolle Tipps zur Erkundung der Umgebung.
