L'Ermitage is a special place in the world of Aveyron guest houses. Philippe and Doris have renovated this former convent in a very personal way. As a sculptor, Philippe has installed his creations here and there, transforming the house into an art gallery. Located on the first floor, the guest rooms offer a sublime view of the surrounding area: Peyreleau, a small town of character, Causse Noir, Causse Méjean, and the Jonte ledges. Note the quality of the organic breakfasts of the soil.
