The elegant rooms are well-equipped and comfortable. The large, semi-rustic, semi-bistro dining room is warm and inviting, making you feel right at home. The cuisine is of the highest quality, demonstrating inventiveness alongside traditional products: Aveyron charcuterie, pike-perch crisp, tripous, lamb sweetbreads, Aubrac meat, aligot-saucisse... The service is attentive and contributes to our having a good time.
