Restaurant offering a traditional cuisine without frills but tasty.
The village of Rebourguil dominates the road that goes from Saint-Affrique to Saint-Sernin. It is there that Chantal installed her restaurant, in 2011. She serves a traditional cuisine, without frills, but very tasty, and from the maximum of local products: Roquefort salad, sweetbreads with parsley, farm chicken from Broquiès, farçous, calf's head... Everything is home-made. We liked the gourmet salad (foie gras, stuffed neck, smoked duck breast) which is sufficient in itself, but also the tripous of the Naucelloise.
